These terms govern your use of nodexa.us. By using this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

What this website is

This site describes Nodexa's technology services capabilities. Content here is informational. It is not a quote, a proposal, an offer to contract, or a commitment to deliver any specific service, outcome, timeline or service level.

Services are separately contracted

Any service Nodexa performs for you is governed by a separate written agreement executed by both parties. That agreement — not this website — defines scope, deliverables, service levels, responsibilities, fees, liability and termination. Where this site and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Enquiries and submissions

Submitting a form does not create a contract or a client relationship. We may decline any enquiry. Information you submit should be accurate, lawful to share, and free of confidential third-party material you are not authorized to disclose. Do not submit credentials, passwords, cardholder data, protected health information or other sensitive data through these forms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site unlawfully or to facilitate unlawful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or supporting infrastructure
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system without written authorization
• Interfere with availability, including through automated request volume
• Submit malicious code, spam or deliberately false information
• Scrape or reproduce site content at scale without permission

Intellectual property

Site content, design, copy, graphics and the Nodexa name and marks are owned by Nodexa or used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish or create derivative works from this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete, current or accurate at any given time. Technical information here is general and should not be relied on as advice for a specific environment without engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nodexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from contracted services is addressed in the applicable services agreement.

The site may link to third-party resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nodexa is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
