About Nodexa
Built by engineers who operate this infrastructure.
Nodexa exists because the gap between the organizations selling technology services and the engineers who actually run them has become large enough to cause real damage.
What we do
Nodexa works across managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, network engineering, data center infrastructure and field services. Two divisions covering the operational layer and the physical layer — the same scope that most organizations have to assemble from three or four separate vendors.
The reason to combine them is accountability. When the WAN design, the firewall policy and the physical switch installation sit with one team, the question "whose problem is this" has one answer instead of a conference call.
How we work
Scoping is done by engineers. The person who tells you what a project involves is qualified to do the work, which means the estimate reflects the actual difficulty rather than an optimistic translation of requirements.
Every engagement produces artifacts you keep — assessments, architecture documents, as-built records, test results and runbooks. If our relationship ends, your environment stays understandable.
Operating Principles
How decisions get made.
Document everything
If the environment only exists in someone's memory, it is not managed. Every engagement produces records that outlive the people who created them.
Design before procurement
Hardware chosen before the architecture is understood becomes a constraint you pay for twice — once to buy it, once to work around it.
Plan the rollback first
Any change that cannot be reversed under pressure is not ready to execute. The rollback is part of the plan, not a contingency.
Say what we cannot do
Declining work outside our capability is cheaper for both sides than discovering the gap mid-deployment.
No claims we cannot support
We do not publish coverage, staffing or certifications we cannot substantiate. What is on this site is what we can stand behind.
Build what's next.
Tell us what you're deploying, securing or trying to stabilize. An engineer will scope it with you — no discovery call required to get a straight answer.
