Coverage

Confirm availability before you plan around it.

We publish what we can actually support rather than a map implying presence everywhere. Remote services are location-independent. On-site work depends on the specific sites involved.

Remote delivery

Managed IT, help desk, monitoring, cybersecurity engineering, cloud and network configuration are delivered remotely and are not constrained by site location.

On-site delivery

Data center work, structured cabling, hardware installation and field engineering require a technician physically present. Availability for these depends on the specific location.

Multi-site projects

Deployments spanning several locations are coordinated as one project with one owner, one scope and one documentation standard across every site.

How to check

Tell us the sites and we will confirm.

Nodexa has multi-location deployment capabilities. Rather than publish a coverage claim we cannot substantiate for every location, we confirm availability against your actual sites and scope.

Useful detail when you ask:

  • Site addresses or general locations
  • What the work involves — installation, migration, cabling, break/fix, survey
  • Whether sites need simultaneous or sequenced execution
  • Access constraints, security requirements and available maintenance windows
  • Target start date and any fixed completion deadline

What we will not do

We do not list countries, metro areas or technician counts we cannot substantiate. A coverage map that implies presence in a location where we have no verified capability is a promise that gets broken during a deployment — usually at the worst possible moment.

If we cannot support a site directly, we will say so during scoping rather than after you have planned around it.

Check coverage for your sites.

Send the locations and the scope. You will get a direct answer on what we can support and what we cannot.
